6+ years of hands-on experience building and leading sales training and enablement programs at scale.
Preferred: 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
A natural relationship builder who earns trust and credibility with senior Sales managers.
Deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
Sharp business instincts and polished presentation skills.
Strong project management skills.
Analytical and data-driven with the ability to pull insights from metrics.
Energized by ambiguity.
An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with modern enablement and sales tech, like Gong and Spekit.
