Sales Operations Specialist driving operational execution for Otter Products, a leading consumer product company. Collaborating with revenue team to improve sales operations and support growth.
Responsibilities
Cascade business insight through the revenue organization, ensuring accuracy and timely dissemination of information.
Represent the Sales team and provide critical input in monthly S&OP and demand planning sessions.
Identify areas of sales operations improvement; develop and lead initiatives to optimize operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Drive accountability on key deliverables such as data input requests and forecast deadlines to ensure business continuity.
Lead critical meetings for the revenue team, including revenue tracking and GTM milestones providing key data metrics.
Continuously analyze internal processes to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement solutions.
Effectively communicate key updates including KPIs, milestones, and upcoming deliverables across the revenue organization.
Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic initiatives, go-to-market planning, and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business is preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience including sales, data analysis, and/or business operations is required.
Experience with sales operations at a consumer product company highly preferred.
