Responsibilities
Part of the support team, which is directed from a subject-matter perspective.
Coordinate and evaluate customer inquiries regarding our debt collection software IKAROS in our ticketing system (Jira).
Monitor SLAs and escalate when necessary.
Conduct service meetings with our branch offices and coordinate external service providers.
Oversee the support process with meaningful KPIs and optimize it when required.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in supporting a software solution.
IT-savvy with experience in a debt collection software or a similar system, ideally IKAROS.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ideally a Managing Professional (MP) certification.
Customer-oriented, helpful, and strong communication skills.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
