Responsibilities
- Manage and integrate employee and other activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis

- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manage and provide developmental opportunities for employees
- Drive automation opportunities such as Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps), automated build, test automation and other available tools to expedite the product development for achieving first time quality
- Resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
- Responsible for Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) planning and finance performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working within a global development team
- 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
- 3+ years of experience in application integration, APIs and Microservices
- 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- Willing to travel domestically as needed
