Responsibilities
Manage and integrate employee and other activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedure and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to meet organizational goals

Retain top talent by constantly employing them on varying Statement of Works (SOWs) based on strategic and tactic priorities
Mentor team members and help them to set and achieve personal goals
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports across different cultures and time-zones
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manage and provide developmental opportunities for employees
Drive automation opportunities such as Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps), automated build, test automation and other available tools to expedite the product development for achieving first time quality
Resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
Responsible for Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) planning and finance performance
Requirements
5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
5+ years of experience working within a global development team
5+ years of experience within information technology
3+ years of experience in a managerial role
3+ years of experience in application integration, APIs and Microservices
3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
