Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent, clear communication.
Understand client audience, business objectives and challenges, and ensure our work ladders up to these.
Manage expectations, pre-empt challenges, and provide solutions.
Ensure all work is delivered on time, to budget, and to a high standard
Support junior team members with guidance, feedback, and quality control.
Work closely with the campaigns team and strategists to bring ideas to life.
Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines with precision.
Lead the narrative of PCAs, guiding the campaigns teams to feed in the most relevant and insightful data and insights for the client.
Spot opportunities for optimisation and upsell.
Contribute to new business opportunities with case studies, brainstorms, and pitches.
Stay up to date with social and influencer trends to ensure our recommendations are always innovative and relevant.
Requirements
Experience in account management within a social, influencer, or digital agency.
Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms
A confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with budgets and commercial targets.
Creative thinker who can spot opportunities and bring fresh ideas.
Collaborative, proactive, and ready to get stuck into the client's world
