About the role

  • Customer Support Representative in insurance, overseeing commercial and industrial client accounts in Düsseldorf. Collaborating with internal teams and managing risk analyses and negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-divisional management of assigned commercial and industrial clients in coordination with field account managers and specialist departments
  • Identification and analysis of insurance risks and coverage, with conceptual implementation and ongoing adjustments to meet client needs
  • Conducting discussions and negotiations with clients, insurers and network partners
  • Handling and support of claims
  • Preparation and management of tender processes

Requirements

  • Vocational/commercial qualification in insurance
  • Broad knowledge of commercial and industrial insurance lines
  • Service-oriented approach and ability to work in a team
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills
