Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify new leads within the mining, metal processing, and smelter sectors to expand the company’s market share.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with mine owners, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders.
Present and promote integrated services, including QA/QC, HSE compliance, and technical support, tailored to client needs.
Lead the development of technical proposals, cost strategies, and commercial negotiations for service contracts.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving ESG/sustainability requirements affecting mining operations.
Conduct frequent site visits to mines and client offices to provide technical backup and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and visit summaries for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the Mining, Metal, or TIC industry.
Deep understanding of mining operations, mineral processing, and regional mining regulations.
Established network with mining operators, smelter owners, and major EPC firms in Indonesia is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English for technical and commercial reporting.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to close high-value service contracts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently to remote mining sites.
