About the role
- SAP Senior Project Manager leading SAP S/4HANA implementations in a hybrid setting within an international company. Collaborating with project teams to optimize business processes and drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- (Teil)Projektleitung von SAP S/4HANA Implementierungs-/Rollout- und SAP S/4HANA Konvertierungs-Projekten
- Planung, Steuerung sowie Koordination und Dokumentation von Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität
- Führung der SAP-Projektteams
- Verantwortung der Projektergebnisse im Hinblick auf Inhalte/Scope, Zeit, Budget und Qualität
- Steuerung aller Projektaktivitäten für einen effizienten Projektablauf
- Koordination und Moderation von Regelmeetings und übergreifender Workshops
- Durchführung des Projektcontrollings
- Management von Change Requests, Eskalationen und Claims
- Koordination beteiligter Parteien wie Drittanbieter sowie Near- und Offshore-Ressourcen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Scheer Projektmethodik
Requirements
- Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen SAP-Projekten (idealerweise auch bei mittelständischen Unternehmen)
- Mindestens 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP-Berater (Inhouse oder Extern)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Teil- oder Gesamt-Projektleiter in SAP-Projekten
- Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (PMI, IPMA oder PRINCE2) und Kenntnis von SAP Activate/ erste Erfahrung mit agilen PM-Methoden von Vorteil
- Gesamtheitliches Verständnis der SAP-Module und deren Integration
- Teamplayer mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten und fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft
