Responsibilities
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig verwerken van facturen en het afhandelen van garantieclaims.
Je maakt zowel de interne als de externe facturen.
Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de Service Managers en Service Advisors van de betrokken werkplaatsen.
Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Teammanager Service Backoffice Nederland.
Requirements
MBO werk- en denkniveau
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
Technisch-commercieel inzicht (ervaring binnen de automotive sector is een pré, maar de juiste drive is allerbelangrijkst)
Kennis van de gangbare IT-systemen en diverse softwarepakketten.
