Responsibilities
Je werkt nauw samen met onze werkplaatsmagazijnen in de Benelux, het Scania Parts Center in Oudsbergen (België) en collega’s op ons hoofdkantoor in Breda en in Zweden.
Jij zorgt dat data klopt, processen soepel draaien en systemen op orde zijn.
Verder houd jij je bezig met het:
Beheren en verbeteren van de SharePoint-pagina van de afdeling Parts
Analyseren van leveranciersdata met behulp van macro’s in Excel
Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en verwerken van productdata
Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeterkansen in processen en systemen
Requirements
MBO werk- en denkniveau
Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (Frans is een plus)
Affiniteit met bedrijfsvoertuigen of onderdelenlogistiek
Ervaring met Microsoft 365 & SharePoint
Gevorderde kennis van Excel, bij voorkeur inclusief macro’s
