Requirements
High School Education
Minimum of one year of office and/or receptionist experience.
Knowledge of office administration, front desk operations, and visitor management procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems for scheduling, reporting, and document management.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies, security protocols, and administrative procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
