About the role
- Senior Training Operations Coordinator for Saviynt managing training sessions and LMS. Setting up classroom sessions, maintaining training calendar, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers.
Responsibilities
- Set up in-person and virtual classroom training for employees, partners and worldwide customers located in the US region.
- Manage Litmos LMS platform to create classroom sessions and to upload on-demand video content for various self-paced courses.
- Register participants to various training courses.
- Maintain and publish classroom training calendar.
- Share the training materials and lab details with the registered participants.
- Use LMS reporting feature to create monthly training consumption and CSAT reports.
- Work with Saviynt’s internal Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Leaders to ensure all registrations are successfully completed before the cut-off dates.
- Respond to training and registration related queries for participants located in the US region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2–3-year experience of working with an enterprise grade Learning Management System.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in facilitating vILT and webinars
- Strong reporting experience is desired
