Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities by extracting data from Nexsure and external sources into Excel, cleaning the data, and creating visual reports and dashboards.
- Design and implement a structured workflow to improve visibility of quote status and terms.
- Develop structured workflows to support consistent follow‑ups and quoting processes.
- Use Excel to organize, validate, and prepare datasets.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for ongoing use.
- Support various projects within the High Net Worth Private Client department as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Major, Risk Management Insurance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, macros, data validation)
- Working knowledge of or strong interest in Power BI and data visualization
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and recommend process improvements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of insurance, financial services, or client relationship management
- Interest in process automation and operational efficiency.
