Responsibilities
Execution of in-person engagement activities all around the Metro, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality experience for all attendees.
Company-wide Employee Experience programs.
Operationalized company-wide Employee experience items such as our monthly townhalls, webinars and activities.
Development of employee experience.
SAVii’s in-house Employee Experience Survey and dashboard.
Onboarding and new hire experience, including support for new hire orientations, onboarding journeys, coordination with stakeholders, and completion of backend onboarding tasks
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program related to Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of employee engagement, HR operations, or organizing events is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to host and facilitate in-person and virtual events
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to attend in-person events and office days as scheduled and instructed by the immediate manager (Required)
Proficiency in editing and design tools (Adobe CS, Canva, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
