About the role
- Business Process Expert developing interactive dashboards and global reporting solutions at Sartorius. Collaborating with teams to support data-driven decisions for continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- In this position, you continuously develop the global reporting landscape in Service for defined KPIs.
- You design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards to measure and visualize process performance.
- You proactively advise, train and support internal customers in the use of reports and dashboards and in strengthening their data literacy.
- In addition, you produce management reports and prepare complex data for decision-makers using targeted storytelling.
- By analyzing and interpreting existing metrics and dashboards, you identify optimization opportunities and derive well-founded project ideas.
- You contribute to the successful implementation of international rollouts and improvement initiatives through data-driven process analyses and targeted reporting enablement.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration) or a completed, relevant vocational qualification with substantial professional experience.
- Experience in building reports and dashboards and in defining performance indicators in a service environment is an advantage.
- You have good knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases/SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, a high attention to detail and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
- You are able to visualize complex issues clearly and communicate them appropriately to the target audience.
- SAP knowledge (e.g., CS, SD, MM) is desirable.
- You have very good German and English skills.
