About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and operate the tools and projects that enable our sales and operations teams to work faster, more simply, and at scale.
- Structure the CRM with the Sales teams and document best practices and usage.
- Scope, select, and deploy an ERP for the installation, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Redesign the end-to-end quote-to-cash process.
- Launch an internal program to equip field and support teams with AI tools.
- Build a solid foundation of reliable, actionable business dashboards.
Requirements
- Degree from a top business or engineering school.
- Initial experience in consulting, a startup, or a Business Operations environment.
- Strong command of digital tools and a keen interest in technology.
- Ability to structure projects, manage multiple parallel workstreams, and drive them to completion.
- Skills in SQL/BI, automation, or no-code tools.
- Experience deploying or structuring an ERP or CRM.
- Experience in supply chain and operations.
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple internal teams.
