HR Dispatcher in the HR Service Center managing ticket workflows and ensuring compliance with processes. Monitoring ticket statuses and providing transparent communication to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks include active monitoring and management of ticket volumes
You communicate current ticket statuses and implemented solutions transparently to the requesters
You oversee and track metrics and SLAs in our HRIS/ticketing tool
You consistently ensure compliance with defined processes and escalation protocols
In addition, you prepare regular analyses in the form of daily and weekly performance reports
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
You are highly service-oriented and quickly develop solution-focused approaches
Experience in personnel services, dispatch/coordination or the HR field is desirable
You are highly organized and work in a very structured and independent manner
A solid command of MS Office (particularly Excel) completes your profile
