About the role
- Human Resources Advisor providing comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborating on HR processes and payroll management, ensuring data integrity and optimizing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen

- Begleitung und Steuerung der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten und Initiativen
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Human Resources, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen generalistischen Position
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Personalprozessen sowie Prozessoptimierungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Hohe intrinsische Motivation und eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Software (idealerweise PERSONIO)
