Requirements
Completed vocational training in an IT profession
At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT systems integrator / IT service provider
Experience in leading and implementing projects
Strong knowledge in the following areas: installation and maintenance of current Microsoft-based IT systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
Experience with virtualized environments
Good knowledge of IT security and network infrastructure, including firewalls and endpoint protection
Strong service orientation and communication skills
