Responsibilities
Prioritize and maintain a personalization roadmap to be executed by the Personalization development team
Collaborate with digital business teams to build requirements for new customer experiences across a multi-channel ecosystem
Create user stories clearly articulate program features, personalization campaigns, and business support functions
Generate customer insights from data to guide strategic direction of personalized experiences
Identify opportunities for personalization to improve customer experiences across channel
Manage dependencies with related stakeholder teams and plan into quarterly execution
Communicate domain milestones and campaign status with leadership
Work cross functionally with many other departments to coordinate and execute operational needs and/or to setup a new or optimize an existing personalization experience
Supports two business units under the direction of the Personalization Strategy Lead
Work closely with both the Sr. Experimentation Manager as well as the analytics leads to ensure experiences are coordinated, optimized, and measurable across channels
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce solutions, with a proven track record of leading personalization strategies
3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
Data driven; must understand how to make decisions using performance metrics
Experience with backlog management preferably in Jira
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create reports to share with leadership that succinctly inform on progress
Experience with data driven test and learn methodology and practice preferred
Experience with personalization platforms and technologies; Experience with Salesforce MCP preferred
