Responsibilities
lead the strategic engine that translates product innovation into scalable revenue
manage a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of global price books
serve as the critical bridge between Product Management, Finance, and Sales
own the 'Operational Readiness' checklist for all Product Line launches
partner with leadership to analyze resource capacity versus roadmap demands
oversee end-to-end implementation and testing of new product configurations
lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex pricing models
identify and lead large-scale process improvements to reduce friction in the 'Lead-to-Cash' cycle
leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven workflows to automate routine SKU management
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting
at least 3+ years in a people-management capacity
deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin or CPQ certification is highly preferred)
proven track record in Release Management and Capacity Planning within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
advanced data modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, or SQL)
mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma)
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
