Responsibilities
Work strategically across inbound and outbound channels
Company prospecting (B2B)
Identify and qualify leads (profile, pain points, timing and purchase potential)
Multichannel outreach: calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Map decision-makers and influencers within accounts
Record and manage interactions in the CRM
Partner with marketing and sales to generate demand
Track metrics: contact volume, conversion and lead quality
Requirements
Hands-on, communicative and results-oriented
Resilient, composed and mature
Highly proactive with an ownership mindset
Strong verbal and written communication (Portuguese)
Comfortable with and genuinely interested in technology
Ability to work under pressure
Formal and professional personal presentation
Experience with outbound prospecting
Experience with tools like Reeve, Apollo or similar
Experience qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
Experience with CRM (Ploomes preferred)
Proficient with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
PowerPoint and Excel – intermediate to advanced level
Experience in a consultative B2B environment
Bachelor's degree completed (advantage)
English and/or Spanish (advantage)
