Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields
- Experience in implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions
- Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, and Linear
