Responsibilities
You are responsible for acquiring new apartments, houses, and other projects across German-speaking Switzerland
You maintain and expand our contacts, leads, and deals in our CRM
You generate leads through cold outreach on-site, by phone, email, and remotely
You manage the acquisition process for new apartments from the viewing through onboarding into our portfolio
You maintain relationships with our existing real estate partners
You are responsible for developing sales strategies and plans
Requirements
Business-fluent Swiss German and a strong understanding of the Swiss mindset
Good written and spoken German and English
A pronounced "sales hunter" mentality for new acquisitions
Strong communication skills and a confident presence
A high degree of ownership, strong execution skills, resilience, and flexibility
Bonus: Several years of experience selling services and/or working in the real estate industry
Bonus: University degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
