About the role

  • Sales representative for B2B customers developing relationships and managing leads in the eCommerce sector. Engaging in strategy development, lead tracking, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Training and onboarding on new topics
  • Designing and developing the sales strategy
  • Planning and targeting lead sources
  • Maintaining, tracking, and processing all leads in Pipedrive
  • Analyzing the success of our sales activities
  • Managing the full sales funnel from initial contact to closing
  • Preparing proposals and coordinating closely with customers
  • Actively pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Documenting all activities in Pipedrive

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to support us for at least one year
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Confident, engaged manner and enjoyment in presenting content
  • Very good German skills, both written and spoken
