Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with fleet decision makers through regular, targeted contact
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with Honda’s corporate and fleet objectives
Analyse company rate books and vehicle bandings to position Honda competitively
Prepare bespoke quotes and terms for customers and prospects
Manage CRM records and maintain accurate communications for customers and prospects
Liaise with clients, leasing company account managers, and dealerships to manage relationships
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project targets
Deliver strong sales and account management performance to meet agreed targets
Follow company and project procedures for quality, reporting, and client engagement
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
Attend training, client meetings, and events as required
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Virtual Account Management, or similar commercial roles
Understanding of fleet or corporate automotive sales is desirable
Confident relationship builder with consultative and strategic selling approach
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Sage) and MS Office Suite
Skilled in video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail, including data analysis and reporting
Friendly, professional, and positive outlook; able to build rapport easily
