Lead the GSM M&A team, including the M&A Specialists
Drive the execution of integration plans across a cross-functional operations team
Design, change, and update commercial processes based on impacts of inorganic investments
Make continual improvements based on team feedback and business requirement changes
Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
Help solidify change through documentation and communication
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

5+ years of leadership experience
Experience in a business-to-business commercial roles, preferably operations or sales
Advanced English level, written and spoken
Solid understanding of commercial operations in modern sales organizations
Project management and/or program management experience with a focus on process improvement
Collaborative style, which can drive consensus across indirect reporting lines and peer groups
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Prior exposure to M&A integrations.
