Responsibilities
Build and manage a profitable desk focused on mid-to-senior roles across Banking & Finance
Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing partnerships
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and placement

Requirements
3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Banking or Financial Services OR strong B2B sales experience with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong business development capability and comfort managing multiple senior stakeholder relationships
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
A sincere interest in Banking & Finance and an understanding of evolving talent and market trends
