About the role
- Engineer coordinating maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance for Globo. Involves managing various electrical infrastructures and collaborating with contractors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate third-party contractors for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems;
- Manage the operation and maintenance of substations, electrical panels, generators, UPS, battery banks and automatic transfer systems;
- Coordinate elevator maintenance, ensuring safety and technical compliance;
- Manage fire detection, alarm and protection systems, ensuring adherence to current standards and integration with remote monitoring platforms;
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards (NR-10, NBR 5410, NBR 14039, NBR 17240, among others);
- Conduct failure analyses and propose improvements to increase availability and mitigate operational risks;
- Prepare and oversee modernization, retrofit and expansion projects;
- Develop energy efficiency studies and consumption optimization measures;
- Manage the technical and economic feasibility of alternatives, defining scope, estimating costs and controlling quality and budget (CAPEX and OPEX);
- Prepare technical documents such as specifications, descriptive reports, calculation memos, technical reports and bill of materials;
- Supervise service ticket and response processes;
- Perform technical inspections and periodic surveys on assets under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Experience in maintenance and operation of building and/or industrial electrical systems;
- Experience with building electronic infrastructure and automation;
- Experience in contract management and managing technical suppliers.
