About the role
- Business Operations Intern supporting financial processes and budget tracking in EMEA region. Gaining hands-on experience in financial data analysis and cash flow management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in budget data collection, tracking, and analysis, supporting the EMEA regional budget summary
- Support receivables management, including payment tracking and monitoring
- Assist in cash flow data management for European projects, ensuring financial data is cleaned, organized, and verified
- Support BOM (Bill of Materials) sorting and standardization projects for the European region
- Assist in project financial management, tracking the progress of European projects and supporting regional business partners (BPs) in payment collection and sales forecasting
- Conduct invoice compliance checks for European operations
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance and statistics (mandatory)
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written). Chinese is mandatory
- Strong analytical abilities and sensitivity to data
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly, works well under pressure

- You can work at least 4 days a week
