About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst in the wine content and experience company managing financial operations and supporting decision-making. Hands-on involvement with cash flow, KPIs, and financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow and short-, medium-, and long-term projections (Cash Flow and P&L – company, projects, and events)
- Support financial planning (budget, forecast, and revisions) alongside Finance Management and company partners
- Develop and analyze financial indicators and KPIs
- Lead monthly financial closings and reporting/distributions to partners
- Ensure reimbursements are verified in accordance with internal policy
- Support financial operations (investments, loans)
- Execute foreign exchange settlements/closings
- Design and optimize financial and accounting processes
- Collaborate with business area leaders, advising and supporting matters relevant to Finance/Accounting
- Develop and review internal finance and accounting policies
- Provide internal training on finance and accounting processes and policies
- Review accounting entries with external accounting providers
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliation routines as needed.
Requirements
- Solid experience in the finance area
- Experience with cash flow management
- Experience with financial routines and accounting interface
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical, proactive, hands-on mindset with an ownership mentality
- Knowledge of financial operations (credit, investments, foreign exchange)
- Degree in Accounting
- Preferred: experience in startups or technology companies
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Omiexperience
