- Act strategically and operationally, leading the management of accounting, tax, controllership, treasury, financial planning, audits, internal controls and procurement.

- Manage monthly reporting for consolidation at the parent company, aligning financial strategies.

- Manage the publication of financial statements and the Annual General Meeting (AGM), strengthening corporate governance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting obligations and updates to technical standards.
- Administer and develop, together with the Tax Manager, strategies for efficient management of multiple CNPJs.
- Plan and control tax assessment and payment, optimizing resources and minimizing tax risks.
- Oversee the filing of tax ancillary obligations.
- Implement tax compliance practices, ensuring compliance and the utilization of tax credits.
- Identify tax opportunities in new products/operations and lead tax credit recovery processes.
- Lead, together with the Controllership Manager, financial planning and the budget cycle, aligning strategic goals.
- Manage budget control and investment analysis, supporting expansion and profitability decisions.
- Analyze sales performance with relevant areas and propose actions to maximize results.
- Define and monitor corporate targets and network governance.
- Supervise corporate procurement, seeking efficiency and cost reduction.
- Structure, together with the Treasury Manager, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring liquidity and financial health.
- Manage cash flow, financial investments and debt, supporting strategic investment decisions.
- Define and monitor financial KPIs to support the company strategy.
- Manage and monitor financial and operational KPIs, guiding strategic decisions.
- Manage delinquency and pursue legal action to protect the company's interests.
- Control internal processes and propose continuous improvements in rebates, royalties, IT and expansion.
- Lead, together with the Audit Manager, the development of controls and risk mitigation.
- Ensure the team implements improvements in processes and internal controls, aiming for operational excellence.
- Manage the official disclosure of results, reducing deadlines and increasing efficiency.
- Administer and strategically support the Procurement Manager in supplier relations, seeking better terms and partnerships.
- Supervise purchase orders and supplier/material registration in SAP.
- Act as a strategic interface with Legal for contracts.
- Lead SAP module implementations and provide training to requesting areas, promoting integration and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance is desirable.
- Experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in retail, franchises or publicly-held companies (S.A.).
- Advanced knowledge of corporate governance, corporate law and CVM regulations.
- Strong analytical ability, strategic vision and negotiation skills.
