About the role
- Project Coordinator managing internal client demands and architectural projects at Globo. Leading client relationships and project execution from conception to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for internal client requests, capturing, analyzing, and approving solicitations.
- Build, cultivate, and manage relationships with internal clients.
- Assess daily requests and long-term occupancy strategies.
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on collaborative meetings with clients.
- Define and organize functional requirements, translating them into the program of requirements, space planning, and data analysis.
- Develop briefings and concepts to meet client needs.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of workplace strategies.
- Track and report all aspects of projects, schedules, budgets, and execution to clients and leadership.
- Communicate with the project team about project phase updates, including detailed status, risk mapping, and impacts on schedule and budget.
- Monitor and ensure deadlines, execution quality, and client satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze project management reports.
- Prepare presentations for senior leadership and internal clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Experience and background in construction project management.
- Knowledge of architectural projects (from conceptual study to executive/project documentation).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (ability to develop PowerPoint presentations required).
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Executive presentation skills (oral presentations and PowerPoint).
- Postgraduate or specialization in project management.
- Knowledge of building services/installation projects.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
