Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership of the Guararapes Factory, supporting structural decisions, team development and culture-related initiatives.

- Support processes related to organizational structure, workforce sizing, people budgeting and management rituals.
- Implement engagement, climate and leadership development strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and business objectives.
- Maintain close interaction with Production, Engineering, Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP) and other manufacturing areas, supporting diagnostics, change processes and integration.
- Maintain People-related metrics, ensuring reliable information for factory leadership decision-making.
- Act as a change agent within a large-scale organization, contributing to cultural evolution and strengthening management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in industry, manufacturing, supply chain or related areas.
- Senior-level experience to lead strategic topics autonomously, influencing and supporting multiple leaders.
- Experience in areas such as organizational structure, budgeting, change management, talent development, succession and engagement.
- Strong analytical capability, business acumen, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Availability to work in Natal, RN, Brazil.
