Candidate Recruiter for Restaurant365 sourcing talent in Mexico City and the U.S. Collaborating with U.S.-based recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates in Mexico and the United States using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies
Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls primarily in English, with Spanish as needed for Mexico-based candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles across multiple locations
Partner closely with Restaurant365 recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication ability, and cultural alignment
Track candidate activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Coordinate interviews across time zones and support the end-to-end recruiting process as needed
Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience aligned with Restaurant365’s employer brand
Meet or exceed sourcing and recruiting KPIs, including response rates, pipeline health, and time-to-fill support
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or candidate sourcing
Experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles
Strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
Ability to conduct structured candidate screens and assess role fit
Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
Familiarity with recruiting practices, labor considerations, and candidate markets in both Mexico and the U.S.
