Responsibilities
Lead and motivate an experienced Key Account team in the area of E- and V-type bearings with 15 employees
Develop and implement long-term, strategic account management strategies
Directly manage and maintain key accounts, both domestic and international
Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimal customer support
Report to executive management on progress and results
Requirements
Extensive experience in Key Account Management
Previous experience in a leadership role
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a senior sales position, ideally in mechanical engineering
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
