About the role

  • Account Manager providing clinical demonstrations and support for medical devices at healthcare facilities. Fostering relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product usage and acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction for use of company products in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale situations.
  • Provide information through formal presentations to Physicians, and Administration customers.
  • Evaluate new products or enhancements to devices to provide information and feedback to Product Development and Marketing departments.
  • Work with customers to introduce, promote, and increase the usage of products throughout a customer facility.
  • Assist with collection and dissemination of information or feedback provided by customers.
  • Provide product support and education to users either in person, in-service or by written or verbal means.
  • Represent company at various trade shows or educational meetings.

Requirements

  • BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
  • Maintain all Certifications and Vendor Credentials.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
  • Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in endovascular/OR space preferred.
