Responsibilities
Assist the Account Executive, Broker and Producer with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business for the Real Estate team
Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal
Work to plan and prepare the renewal strategy meeting with A/E for both internally and with clients
Manage the renewal process with quotes distribution and managing the bind process
Service Specific Activities including invoice completion and follow-up with carriers for policies
Maintain shared drive of key documents and monitor expiration dates of all policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of relevant work experience required
State specific license required, or obtained within 60 days of hire
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail & time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
