You assist with technical and billing questions related to Internet & TV, supported by tools.
You retain customers by providing excellent support.

You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Very good German language skills (C1)
Enjoy communicating and providing service
Inbound sales experience is a plus but not required
Motivation, willingness to learn, and target orientation
Confident PC skills
Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach — even in difficult conversations
