Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with African American current and potential blood drive coordinators
Grow diverse blood collection targets for area blood drives
Collaborate with diverse volunteers
Engage in outside sales as a Sickle Cell Account Manager
Work closely within a team to make a positive community impact
Travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum one-year related experience required or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills
Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Excellent oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills
A current valid driver's license and good driving record
