Transformation Communications Manager supporting strategic communications and engagement initiatives in healthcare distribution. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive a consistent Transformation narrative and implementation plans.
Responsibilities
Partnering with SMEs across functions to create informed, accurate content and secure initial reviews, adhering to the established content approval framework.
Working with the Head of Transformation Communications to develop project communications strategies and implementation plans.
Designing and creating effective copy, graphics, audio and video collateral for a variety of distribution sources (intranet, direct email, digital/social media, newsletters, etc.) to drive engagement and participation in support of change readiness and adoption.
Assisting in the development and delivery of a quarterly communications evaluation dashboard.
Supporting the successful creation and execution of live events (town halls, open days, launch events, media tours) in partnership with third party and internal agencies
Ensuring Transformation Communications updates are provided routinely to support all project/programme governance reporting.
Raising and processing purchase orders for third party services as required.
Requirements
Experience in strategic communications, preferably in PR agency or a health or logistics-focused organisation.
Proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels and operate as a team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Excellent content production skills adaptable to various media; able to produce engaging presentations, news releases, briefings and video content.
Act as a prudent and experienced editor to ensure high-quality output of all materials.
