Responsibilities
Independently manage your cases — not an assistant role
Telephone and written communication with debtors, clients and partners
Assessing case facts and deciding on further action within the scope of your authority
Coordination and liaison with external law firms
Contributing to the development and optimization of processes
Requirements
Vocational training as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) or equivalent qualification
Experience in claims management, debt collection or enforcement proceedings
