About the role

  • Revenue Manager responsible for developing plans to grow company revenue. Requires experience in sales funnel management and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue growth strategy
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, lead generation and sales teams
  • Build and monitor the sales pipeline and revenue predictability
  • Monitor and analyze strategic performance indicators (CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel conversion)
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the customer journey
  • Create and maintain management reports and revenue metrics
  • Support the definition of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve funnel efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Revenue, Growth, Performance, or related areas
  • Experience managing the sales funnel and revenue metrics
  • Knowledge of metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and funnel conversion
  • Analytical, data-driven profile
  • Experience integrating marketing and sales
