Responsibilities
- Manage the brokers team, monitoring performance, proposing strategies and ensuring established targets are met.
- Provide inspiring leadership by delivering regular feedback, motivating and engaging the team, and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and clients, negotiate lease terms and conditions, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure properties are correctly registered in systems for listing, following established standards.
- Develop strategies that contribute to asset appreciation and the sustainable growth of rental revenue.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient leasing operations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
- Previous experience managing teams and handling property leasing.
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, deal-closing, and negotiation strategy skills.
- Active CRECI (Brazilian real estate license).
- Availability to work flexible hours.
- Residence in Valinhos, Vinhedo, or Campinas.
- Growth mindset and results-oriented attitude.
- Higher education degree (preferred).
