About the role

Responsibilities
- Become the strategic partner for condominium associations
- Lead the implementation of Multi-Year Works Plans (PPPT)
- Technical audit: Assess the condition of common areas and building equipment
- Planning: Prepare the list of required works
- Financial engineering: Provide preliminary budget estimates and prioritize works
- Lead meetings and present reports at General Meetings (assemblées générales) or to condominium councils
- Pre-work / demolition diagnostics: Asbestos, Lead, Electrical, Gas, Termite inspections
- Carry out DPE (Energy Performance Diagnoses) with Mention (Tertiary, Residential buildings, buildings open to the public - ERP)
- Technical assignments related to building asset management
- Frequent travel across the Île-de-France region is expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in building-related fields (Civil Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Architecture)
- Experience carrying out DTG / PPPT missions (Comprehensive Technical Assessment / Multi-Year Works Plans)
- DPE certification with Mention (mandatory)
- Autonomy and rigor
- Strong technical analysis skills
- Ability to explain technical information to clients (pedagogy)
- Strong interpersonal skills
