Responsibilities
Develop strategies to commercialize real estate properties, both through auctions and open market
Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and monitor their performance
Manage relationships with potential buyers (investors, end users etc.)
Identify new opportunities for commercialization through partnerships and market insights
Collaborate with Valuation, Property Management, Legal and other internal teams on daily tasks
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in real estate sector (sales & leases)
Knowledge of auctions is considered a plus
Proven track record of successfully commercializing properties, including leasing, selling, or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders and team members
Knowledge of property marketing strategies, including digital marketing and traditional advertising
Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
