Responsibilities
Be a solid business partner and act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing a strong understanding of business priorities and aligning all HR initiatives to support our strategic direction.
Provide guidance on complex HR matters with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Partner with leaders to assess and reshape organizational structures to meet evolving business needs.
Lead teams through change by fostering transparency, clarifying expectations, and reinforcing company values.
Support leaders in building high‑performing, engaged, and inclusive teams by driving talent reviews, building succession plans and career development initiatives.
Leverage HR data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and influence leadership decisions.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, high‑impact HR programs and support functional projects (e.g., Oracle, PTAB).
Lead, mentor, and develop the People Partner team—fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Build a team culture grounded in trust, ownership, and learning.
Requirements
International HR expertise, preferably in a stock exchange and/or fast-pace international company, with the ability to implement scalable and effective people processes. including hands‑on responsibility for compensation and employee relations, plus experience across recruitment, benefits, employee development, and organizational development.
Ability to build strong relationships across diverse, distributed teams and drive impact in a remote‑friendly environment.
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing HR/People teams.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate sensitive situations, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
Strong project and time‑management capabilities, Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a global fast‑moving environment.
