About the role

• Operations Associate managing integration of new objects and streamlining operational workflows at innovative AI property management company.

Responsibilities

• Integration: You support new properties and entities from handover to a successful launch at Ralph.
• Project Management: You structure stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and open issues.
• Workstream Ownership: You own dedicated workstreams end-to-end and deliver clear results.
• Structured Execution: You bring order to complex handovers and create clean data, processes, and launches.
• Process & Automation: You help define standards and playbooks and automate recurring processes.
• Problem Solving: You remove operational blockers pragmatically and find creative solutions.

Requirements

• Top performance: You have an excellent academic track record and initial experience from a demanding environment, e.g., internships or working-student roles in consulting, operations, finance, M&A/PMI, or startup/scale-up.
• Execution power: You have a strong drive to deliver, work reliably, and consistently see projects through to completion.
• Structure: You work clearly, cleanly, and are detail-oriented without getting lost in perfectionism.
• Pace & Pragmatism: You don’t wait for perfect conditions; you find ways to make things work.
• Communication: You are confident and reliable in your communication, coordinate effectively, and have German at C2 level plus fluent English.
