About the role

• Operations & Integration role at Ralph transforming acquired companies to meet operational standards. Collaborating closely with VP Operations on process design and automation.

Responsibilities

• Integration & Transformation: You will work closely with the VP Operations to seamlessly integrate newly acquired companies and bring them to Ralph’s operational standards.
• Process Design: You will develop playbooks, standards, escalation logic and decision-making routines for recurring operational situations.
• Automation: You will identify manual, error-prone processes and collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations to design improved, automated solutions.
• People & Change: You will support adoption of new ways of working, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure changes are effectively embedded in the team.
• Execution: You will lead key transformation projects that have direct impact on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Escalation Management: You will step in on complex operational issues, structure the situation and translate it into concrete next steps.

Requirements

• Top performance: You graduated with excellent results from a leading university and bring at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in demanding environments such as consulting, operations, PMI (post‑merger integration) or fast‑growing startups/scale‑ups.
• Analytical sharpness: You love working with data and complex issues and can translate them into simple, actionable processes.
• Execution power: You have a strong bias for action and a relentless drive to get things done.
• Communication: You are a confident communicator, able to perform in challenging situations, and you speak German at C2 level.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You want to understand how to improve a company operationally and have no hesitation to be hands‑on.
• Change mindset: You understand that good processes are not only built but also explained, rolled out and anchored in day‑to‑day work.
