Responsibilities
- Management and mapping of strategic initiatives in synergy to contribute to cost reduction across the companies' projects;
- Support and guide the companies' procurement teams in identifying benefits generated by Strategic Sourcing levers, using methodologies such as Cost Breakdown, Should Cost Analysis, TCO, Linear Performance Pricing, among other commercial analysis tools, balancing best cost and optimizing the category;
- Deliver results while mitigating risks and market variables and their dependencies;
- Understand and build baselines / technical specification / vendor list / scope and volume for the companies;
- Provide indirect leadership and take ownership to accelerate/ensure capture of opportunities with project user areas (Capex / Opex) / finance / procurement teams of the companies;
- Promote best practices across each company's business areas;
- Manage category knowledge and develop analyses for specific projects and support the management of active contracts;
- Actively contribute to the negotiation strategy for new bids by analyzing potential synergies (levers) and incorporating the learnings from this detailed management into the Power BI Sinergia;
- Schedule management: planned vs. actual throughout the project;
- Manage category and supplier performance indicators to anticipate market changes that impact the entire business and to improve connection between intelligence areas (dashboard view).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement;
- Initiative and commitment;
- Analytical capability;
- Systemic and critical perspective;
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred);
- Knowledge or experience with IT-related portfolios (preferred);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Think-cell and BI tools (preferred).
